As investors ourselves in commercial, multi-family, and SFH properties in both Kansas and Missouri, we draw on a deep local knowledge base and industry expertise to guide investors on REI strategies to help them reach their financial goals.
Our Acquisitions Team hits the phones every morning to find the best off-market opportunities. We are connected to an extensive network of expert lenders, appraisers, inspectors, and other industry experts.

OUR STORY
Cap Out Investments was founded in 2018 by real estate investors Colby Kirk and Alex Shoaee; they saw a need in the Kansas City Real Estate market to develop an off-market pipeline of opportunities for investors looking for solid investments.
During the first year, the company did over 50 transactions and acquired over 50 units across the Kansas City area. Since then, the company has continued to grow at an exponential pace. With over 1000% growth in total sales volume from 2019 to 2024, the company has grown to 15 team members.
We are local to Kansas City, with aspirations to stretch across multiple markets across the country in the coming years.
